H House ranked in the top 30 finalists of the Chain of Eco-Homes Competition
The H House is a garden, a courtyard, a shelter and classroom. It aims to make a statement with its form and appearance by gesturing gently toward the public street with its sloped green roof. The H-plan naturally gives shape to its key elements; GARDEN – COURTYARD – SHELTER; while taking advantage of the solar path and prevailing winds. All of the buildings elements are designed to perform multiple functions.
